2015 3910FB shower floor broken
On our first long trip we noticed the shower floor pan had broken through about 2 inches from the drain. Now at dealer for going on three weeks now. No estimate on how long it will be tied up.
Anyone else with a 3910FB have the same problems with shower? Dealer says never saw problem before.

Although we never had a problem this problem has been reported here many times before and it seems that in many cases there has not been enough support installed below the pan.
We now have the larger shower and it seems to be much more substantial.

Happened to us and the Keystone service center repaired it in one day. That said, I was also told on the side that because of the speed the line moves at the installers occasionally use tricks to install the pan quickly that can cause this. One example given was using a lighter to melt the foam supports.

It has been reported many times over the years here. We installed hard foam blocks under the pan on our 06 3400. This 13 3402 had good support under the pan.

When we ordered, we ordered the shower base instead of the "garden tub" style shower. We also make it a point to not step any closer to the drain than necessary. I weigh 250 and will not say what DW weighs, but MUCH...MUCH less. No problems whatsoever after 3 1/2 years full timing.

Our old 3500 never had an issue, but on our newer 3625, the whole drain broke out - a complete circle all around the drain. Fortunately, it happened at last year's fall rally and Keystone repaired it at their service center.
