2020 3761fl for sale
Well, our life is changing somewhat so we're selling our 5th wheel.
This 5th wheel is the Keystone Montana 3761Fl. It’s a front living room model (over the hitch) with a mid-kitchen and rear bedroom. This unit has several upgrades worth noting: There are new awning fabrics as the original owner rolled them up wet and caused molding. There is a 3rd Air Conditioner that has a built-in heater. The front AC unit also has the heat pump feature ducted throughout the RV. The kitchen has a full-size residential refrigerator powered by an inverter. Some benefits of the 3761FL are the extra ˝ bath just off the kitchen which comes in very handy for children although we have none. There is a ton of outside storage with a sliding storage rack in the rear and full pass-through storage under the bedroom and in the front of the unit under the stairs. Making life a little easier is a central vacuum system with a kick plate right under the stairs in the kitchen to sweep debris into. This is a 4-season unit with tank heaters and heat plumbed into all storage areas under the trailer. When not in use, this RV is stored in a climate-controlled garage on a concrete floor. The roof was recently inspected by an RV technician and found to be in pristine condition. This is not a new unit and has been used by a retired husband and wife who are non-smokers and non-pet owners. Some of the features of this Montana include a large picture window in the living room along with a 50” television that drops down into a cabinet for travel. Currently, we have removed one of the couches in the front slide outs and placed in a workstation. (We have the couch and can easily replace it or leave the workstation as it is.)
Currently the RV is located in Mesa, Arizona as a snowbird unit. It will be ready for occupancy at the end of February. This unit is very clean with no exterior issues. The title is free and clear with no lien holder.
