According to the parts list you need Part Number 31501 for your control board.

Ours has been fixed
I found that the ground wire to the igniter was loose inside the connector affixing it to the Gas valve body. This was after I replaced the sail switch, High Temp Limit switch, Igniter, Burner and Control Board. After replacing the spade connector on the ground wire to insure the wire was in it tight we have not had any issues since!

Tom,
If the new board doesn't fix it maybe its time to call in a professional.

Oh for sure it will be time. The first 2 boards I bought were "upgraded" boards and said direct replacement for my furnace but they clearly did not work. I tested the power output of the wire going to igniter and it has no power. I am hoping that is because it is wrong board.
