Furnace turns off

I have a 2004 Montana 3575RL. My furnace turns, on runs for a bit then shuts off before getting to temps. I have to keep turning it off then on again. Any idea what to do to keep it running?

Did you run out of propane recently (air in lines)? Check sail switch? Error code on board? Bad regulator or crossover valve? Those are where I would start. Best of luck.

I’ve swapped my propane a few times but didn’t have this issue last year. I just bought this last February. The stove works fine, if air were in lines I’d have issue weird stove as well right? What is the sail switch? Where would there be an error code? What’sa regulator and crossover valve? Newbie here

It's not the sail switch...it wouldn't ignite at all if it were. How long is it running before shutting off? A few seconds? minutes?

Do you have any access to the furnace? If there is any code it would be a series of flashes of the red light on the main board...if yours has one. Is it the original furnace?

IF your furnace actually fires up and runs for a bit, then quits,
I would swap the black 15A self resetting fuse in your fuse panel with a regular 15A blue one.
Simple easy test.

Doubt that a 2005 will have that engineering marvel in it!

Does your stove top run without going out? If it does go out, you might have a kinked propane line. Maybe your regulator or main propane mounted switch is going out.

Mine did similar. I replaced the board on my 2017 and it words fine. Mine was tripping the breaker on the board area.

I had this exact problem and it was my thermostat. Swap the kitchen and bedroom thermostats to doublecheck

You didn't have an issue last year, so what has changed since then? Have you added or rearranged any furniture? I had one trailer where the heat was ducted under the sink into the living room, where it promptly hit a chair, causing the heat to rise and hit the thermostat right above the chair. On/off/on/off/on/off, until it finally fractured the ceramic innards of the furnace. Repaired the furnace, made a duct extender out of cardboard, problem gone.

Had the same issue recently, was a 15 Amp self resetting fuse that would heat up and cool down, swapped it out with a regular 15 Amp.
