Been Gone For awhile…

It’s been several months since I’ve been on the site, wife and I had to move her mother from Coast Rica in May, my wife’s step father passed away and they are elderly and in very poor heath and my mother in law was not able to take care of herself or the home they built their 28 years ago.

It’s been a journey or 3 dealing with moving companies, customs, moving company once customs release and then health issues that need surgeries, therapy and just on and on. Finally all that has passed and got her into a nice assisted living just down the road from our home and me and my wife can breathe some. We still have challenges but it’s not like it has been the last six months.

Glad to see you back and sorry to hear about all your family woes. I completely understand how "family" can be exhausting and draining on absolutely everything in your life.

But, now that it's all over and you are back, it's time to readjust and "live!" again. Take that camper and head out for a few days. Take a nice break from everything, grab your fishing pole and a cool drink! (or find somewhere where you and the Mrs. can go parasailing! You know a gigantic kite pulled by a speed boat.) If you've never done that ... oh my ... you should!
