We are Jose and Landa from Oroville ca.
2016 montana high country
This morning kitchen sink back flows , back bathroom water valve stayed open and flooded the back how do I shut the water off when they didn't think to put a shut off valve on it OMG.

You can turn the hose spigot off and then fix the leaking valve.
