You might want to check cartridge by the foot pedal it may be stuck. If not you could call dometic customer service they should be able to help. Ive dealt with them a few years back and they where very helpful.

Several years ago, I thought we also had an issue with the valve and water flow. I guess when they made the toilet, they didn’t put the two screws in it to hold the valve in place, just depended on the plastic clips. Well, over time, the valve had been pushed out aways and not much water was flowing. When I looked online for a new valve, I noticed that one would include two screws. I got a mirror and found none were where there were holes. I got two small sheet metal screws, installed them with a stubby screwdriver and the problem was solved.

Image of the water valve and second images shows mesh screen you will see when you remove the water supply source line from the valve. This is most likely plugged up with stuff.. if so clean out the mesh screen

Is the Dometic 320 RV toilet supposed to be all porcelain? Our Thetford started having issues so I purchased one on Amazon, but when i opened the box it has a plastic base. Has anyone else recently purchased one and noticed this change?

Both the 310 and the 320 have plastic bases.
