Volunteers needed

Hi everyone!
Jim and I have volunteered to coordinate a cleanup/walkthru of building ECCC each night. Since each event cleans up it shouldn't be a lot of work. Just making sure it's ready for the next day's events. If we get 2-4 people for each night it should go quickly. I've never coordinated something like this so suggestions are appreciated. If you are interested in helping please let me know.

I'm told we will be in charge of doing a walk-through of building ECCC In the evening to make sure it's ready for the next day. Each activity has a cleanup crew so we are just making sure it's in good shape. I wasn't given I time yet, so I'll post it once I'm told what time we can do the walk thru. I think it'll go fast with all of us and look forward to meeting each of you!
