Jensen TV losing channels

Hi all. We have an almost 2yr old 3931FB with the Jensen JE5015 in our rig. Starting yesterday it began losing some (not all) of the broadcast channels. I have to do an auto scan to get them back. Today, it happened again, except this time it only found about half the channels. Later tonight I tried again and was able to get all channels back.

Is this a known problem? Is there a fix? From reading this forum and personal experience I know Jensen TVs are terrible products and have inferior picture quality. Should I keep monkeying around with this or just go get a decent unit?

We had a Jensen in our previous travel trailer. It lasted 3 years and then it simply died.

Do you have another television you can test with. Plug it in with the same coax, off the RV antenna and see how it scans. If they scan the same, then you are loosing your channels because of atmospheric conditions and not because of the television. Before swapping out televisions, I'd test this first with another television (if you have one you can try).
