If We're Bragging
Gotta brag myself. Glenda has put up with me for 30 years. Our anniversary was a couple of weeks ago. I'm celebrating by retiring from work (not marriage)after 31 years. Five more days to go ...but who's counting.

Congratulations Brad and Glenda! On both your anniversary and to retire. Any plans on going on the road more now? Now the fun starts!

Congratulations, Brad and Glenda! 30 years is a milestone to be proud of, as is retiring! I heartily recommend both!

Thanks everyone.
Glenda has a couple more years to work for her pension to be payable immediately. Until then I will hang around the trailer a lot more. We keep it at a local conservation area where we are 1 of 15 lucky people that they offer a lot to on a seasonal basis. MOst of the others are fulltimers and are spread throughout the southern US for the winter. I plan on doing a lot of golfing and if I still get bored I may find some mindless partime work.
Since we sold our Monty a few weeks ago we will be ordering something new in the next few weeks. We've been waiting to see what the new Cambridge offers and if we don't see what we want in that we'll be ordering a 2980.

Congratulations. I hope you develope the time to do the things you want. I found retiement just reduced pressure to suppress the things I always wanted to do. I am busier than ever. The difference, I am still learning, is that with nothing of pressing prority, I am able to change my mind at will. It is a real special kind of freedom. after all, if you don't finish what you are doing there is very little consequence. For sure, it won't show up on your next evaluation. Enjoy........
