Thanks everyone, just got a call from the surgery department to show up at 0530 in the morning. I told them I didn't do 0530, they laughed and said if I wanted the surgery I would do 0530. Of course, I said I would be there.

Will post condition after surgey.....

Well, the deed is done, scalpels put away, anesthesia turned off and pain meds are on board. Doing well, considering a slash in my leg. Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I should be back in the saddle in no time. Now to figure out where to stay in San Diego County....

Phil, glad everything went well. Call ahead in San Diego, not sure what shape some of the parks will be in after the fires this week.
