Madly at work

we are living in Monty. Much work to do, so we are madly at it. Setting everything up makes for busy. We have gone shopping. Now we have phones. At least we can call each other at opposite ends of the store.

Picked up a digital HD TV to replace the set I sold when leaving for Hong Kong. Picked up a 5th Airborne along with a slide valve for the end of the waste discharge line. Added an Autoformer and intermetic surge suppression device. Had to replace a propane door latch because the original one froze up. Will have the wheel bearings repacked, brakes checked and the required state inspection done next week.

Still looking for anti-migration valves to put into the water lines and ball valves to put on the ends of the low point drain lines. Next I will order the front landing gear stabilizer bars that created so much discussion recently. I think we will be ready to make the trip to Branson in about 30 days.

It is very pleasant to sit in the chair outside and watch the Robins chase across the field or look up and see blue sky rather than smog. Birds singing, Cardinals, Blue jays, Wrens, and Mocking Birds. Even Crows and Buzzards are welcome. Fat squirrels chasing up and down the trees and deer raising their heads before darting off bring smiles to our faces. The deafening roar of silence between crescendos of crickets make an orchestra of night sounds. Am I having fun yet?

Busy, Busy, Busy.
But remember "all work and no play makes Slies a dull boy" but than again it sounds like your work is the happy kind and that kinda work is the next best thing to playing.
Have a Ball!

Welcome back Stiles!

Hard to believe all that work can be fun - but it kinda is! Sounds like a handsome list of upgrades.
