Two things come to mind that might help you. First make sure there is a rubber washer making a good seal at the point where the suction hose meets the inlet valve to your rv. If any air leaks at that point your pump simply won't prime. The other thing you might have is an air lock somewhere and you should try opening one of your low point drain valves, for 2 or 3 seconds, at the same time your pump is on and attempting to draw antifreeze.
