Not sure if this will help, but it seems that on our pdi we were told there is a jumper wire needed in the convenience center? Can't remember much since we now have the installed rooftop satellite.

On edit: our sanding is set up on hdmi, if you are using RCA cables then the tv setting is either av1 or av2. Ditto for the Jensen, ours is RCA cables and av1
