Mor/Ryde Pin Box

I am considering the Mor/Ryde Pin Box for our 08 Montana. I have the SuperGlide hitch with the Quick Connect Plate. Does the Mor/Ryde Pin Box require a different adaptor with a SuperGlide hitch?

Glenn, see my PM to you and advise.
Thanks,Dennis

You might consider holding your decision to the Fall Rally. Both Moryde and 5th Airborne will be presenting at the rally and you could get good info and also good deals there.

As you probably know, I have the MorRyde and the SuoerGlide
With the MorRyde you can get their SuperGlide adapter plate. With the MorRyde plate there are only 4 bolts to be removed to remove the plate in order for anyone to tow your trailer if needed.

As Jim posted, wait until the Rally and you will save the installation cost. (at least I did)

I did hear from MorRyde and they indicated a price of $749 from normal $799, no labor charge and $105 for the SuperGlide Adaptor..total = $855. They will install before the Rally, during at the campsite or after.

Is it a fair price? Just not sure. Any advice?? I do think it's a good product, just looking for the best price too. Tks. Dennis

Thanks Rich(faa) I did find that one you sent to me. It did not include the adaptor that is needed with a SuperGlide hitch which is about $120 additional. That left me with an $80 savings and still trying to decide whether to let MorRyde do it or save the $80, but again thanks for the assist. Dennis

I'd probably mention that price discrepancy to Mor/Ryde. They are great people to work with and you never know - they might just match that price, if you show it to them in print...

The up side of having it done at the rally is the installation is done by Mor ryde folks at your camp site.To me convenience is at times worth a little extra money. For 80.00 difference for me.. I would have it done at the rally. As Dave mentioned you might be able to "negotiate with Mor ryde a bit.

Well Dave and Rich, the DW Judy suggested that we have MorRyde do it at the fairgrounds for the same reason Rich indicated. I will discuss again the price differential with MorRyde to see if there is any room. Again, tks guys! Dennis

And to mention warranty on work done.

How much value do you put on your time?
