Furnace Repair

How many of you have gone all summer without your furnace running and when it got a little cold you turned it on and...nothing--no fan, no ignition--no nothing? Then, how many of you have a dealer that will make a 65 mile round trip to make a repair and then tell you there is no charge? Our unit is over seven years old and there is no warranty of any kind, normal or extended, left. That's why I believe it pays to buy from your local reputable dealer even if it costs you $500-1000 more than the guy who only sells rigs that you have to drive 500 miles to get to. With being temporarily laid up, it was really a joy for me to hear the words "no charge" from my repair technician.

Love my dealer.

Glad you are doing better Orv, keep up the good work.

What was wrong with your furnace? That was definitely very nice of the serviceman to not charge you. I think he desires an attaboy.
