Parking/Backing a 5th Wheel

Jack advised that I had forgotten the most immportant information when I introduced the two of us, so here goes--what is the trick to parking and backing a 5th wheel? He has experience with two motor homes and a travel trailer, but I think he is a little intimidated by the 5th wheel which he is pulling with a one ton Ford dually. Any advice will be helpful as our dealer and manufacturer have given conflicting advice.
