Rubber around the slide outs.

Rubber around the slide outs.

Some time back I saw a post about treating the rubber gaskets on the slide outs with a product to keep the elements from damaging them. I have searched the forum for that post with no luck.

Can someone tell me what the product was?

Thanks in advance.

303 AEROSPACE PROTECTANT is what I use ... Wipe on with a cloth then wipe off excess with a dry cloth.

303. My rubber gaskets still look and flex like they are new. Treated once a year.

I have been using a product for over 40 years on rubber parts. It is specifically designed to maintain the life of rubber and is used in most all tire shops. It's just called "Rubber Lube" I have been getting mine at any NAPA Store. Comes in a gallon can and you just put some in a spray bottle. Works great on dressing up your tires too. Just like 303, spray it on and wipe is off. I think you will find it's much cheaper too.
