2021 3780RL A/C issues

We are new owners to the Montana. Love it but still trying to figure out the A/C. Eastern Washington state and 100+ degrees. We are having trouble keeping the 5th wheel cool. What is the difference between running COOL HI and COOL HI AUTO?

Cool Hi will keep the fan running all the time regardless if the compressor is running or not. In other words, constant fan. Many believe this will keep the air conditioner coil from freezing up. It is the setting we use all summer. We find the constant fan more soothing to the ear than the fan cycling on and off.
Cool Auto the fan only runs when the compressor is running.
