How is l-80 between Colorado and Pennsylvania?
Looking for a better surface to drive on than I-70

Traveled I80 from Rawlins to South Bend last year other then the Chicago area(a little bumpy and traffic) was pretty good road.

I80 is good thru to near Chicago. Somewhere after that it becomes a toll road, I think. You can kind of veer off onto another interstate for a while (or maybe a state 4 lane) and avoid tolls. I think I drove it farther east 10 or more years ago but remember nothing!!!
