Noneck; I have the early '03, with the 6.0. I put the Banks system on 63k miles ago, with out any issues. My issues are while it is stock configuration. When running stock, I have the throttle to the floor on most hills and I really have to work the engine hard while towing. With the Banks system, I gain 5 mpg, use much less throttle, the EGT's are lower and my truck just tows so much easier. The Ford dealers mechanic had his laptop hooked up while towing, and we never violated any of the engines parameters.
In simple terms, I took the truck in for the update and it ran fine. I left with a truck that has a turbo "bark" and doesn't run fine (stock condition).
The Ford designed 6.7 sure liiks like a sweet engine, but one I can't afford.... yet!
