'Hi five' for eyeglass company

I ordered glasses from this company when we were in Vegas, about to leave for California and points beyond, so I had them delivered to our home base. Well.. the post office lost them.
I tried to get that fixed with no luck, so I called $39.00 glasses company rep. and asked what they could do for me, I told them it wasn't their fault, but I have bought over $300 worth of glasses from them, could I get a discount or ???
To my surprise and amazement, they said they would re-make them and send them no charge.
Now that is customer service! I told them how much I appreciated it.
A good company with a good product, and great customer service.

If you wont to make money in business, treat your customers better than they hope you will instead of the way they expect to be treated and never look at the bottom line.
