You should be there in late summer and early fall when the elk are rutting. They are all over the place including in town.

They were there now, we had to stop 5 or 6 times for them to cross the road, they are in peoples yard laying down like they own the place. Guess they do...

Ozz... it's Margee.... ha ha. I flew to Denver a week ago and then drove our daughter's car back home to California to sell it and buy her a car with AWD. I drove through Loveland on that trip.

Now, I flew here to Denver again this last Friday and will be flying back to California probably this coming Friday.

Then, the Monday after that I'll be driving another car back to Denver (I'll pass by Loveland again) and the day after I arrive in Denver, I'll fly back to California.

Confused? I am too! I had to write it all down to remember if I am coming or going.

You are indeed a busy lady! Wave at us when you pass by, you may see me on my bicycle puttering around the back streets from the Interstate, I can see it from my window in the distance. Nice of you two to help the kids out.

Come to Maggie Valley N.C.in late Sept. / early Oct. See our colors. Also see our Elk in the Cataloochie Valley of the Great Smokey Mtn. Nat. park. Also a glorious sight.....no altitude sickness...lots of attractions. If you are interested I will try to let you know when the colors peak. The colors coincide with the Elk rut, and the mountains ring with their bugling. We were there last year and will certainly try to be there again this year.

Sounds great Larry, and points to the multitude of wonderful places here in the States, that's why these Rv's have wheels!

Ozz, will be heading towards Sioux Falls SD to become a resident in early Aug. then heading across to Black Hills, then on to Yellowstone, Tetons etc., wherever we may end up. If possible would love to meet up in our travels.

Hey, Jim, remember me telling you about Old Fall River Road going up into the Rocky Mountain National Park? The road that more or less parallels the main highway to the top? I finally found that picture. By the way, this road is one way - up. Come back down on the highway. It's not a difficult drive and it's sure worth the effort. I assume you're still in Loveland. If not, please disregard!

Delaine and I will roll toward Colorado on 10 July and will be in Colorado or Taos New Mexico for a couple of Months, Delaine will again this year fly out of Denver back to Tennessee for Dr. appointment toward the end of July. Will be a long week for myself but I'm sure I will find something to do in the Denver area... Happy Trails.....
