converter

Hello I have 2007 3075 I need instructions to trouble shoot converter it is a dls55 it does not charge batt. the battery had ice in the all the cells it would seem that if converter charger is working that batt would not freeze it has 110 to converter& fuse is ok . with a hydrometer it shows dead. it still has enough power to run slides& lights also it is always pluged in to 110. thank you

I would disconnect the negative lead from the battery and put a Volt meter across the negative and positive lead coming from the converter. If you have 12 volts then it is producing voltage and some current.
You said the battery had ice in it. How cold did it get out side?
