kitchen slide tearing carpet

The kitchen slide on my 2005 mountaineer 348rls tore the kitchen flooring last fall while I was still under warrenty. Dealer fixed it and replaced flooring. It turned out to be a bolt head that came down through the slides underlayment. It just happened again in the exact same place, but I'm out of warrenty. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, did keystone help you out? Thganks and God Bless, Ray

Hi Ray, sorry to hear of your problems. I too have the torn Vinyl. I haven't been home to get it dealt with.
I would appeal to the dealer, maybe someone at Keystone will have a heart.
try it, and good luck.

It can't hurt to ask...I would think that since it was repaired once before they would be more willing to help.

We replaced our kitchen table under warranty and screwed the legs down too far. They actually came through the floor by about half an inch. We replaced the carpet with laminate and really put a couple of huge gouges in the laminate. Fortunately I saved an extra box just for something like this.

Glad to see Keystone coming throug again!!
