1 1/3 cups Minute Rice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup (you may use mushroom soup or 1/2 celery, 1/2 mushroom)
1 can mushroom pieces
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
3/4 cup butter
Mix all ingredients except butter. Put them in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot butter all over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir after 20 minutes.
