Saturday Evening Cookout and Movie

We are also interested in whether the attendees would like to have a cookout Saturday evening. Burgers, Hot Dogs, Sausage Dogs, etc. are the planned fare along with salads and desserts. We will bringing our Road Trip Grill so if there is interest, we can hope that a couple more grills will appear. We have not selected a movie yet, but rest assured it will be a family type movie (similar to last years for those that were there). We are hoping to show it after dinner in the pavillion. I have a laptop and projector that we will use to show the movie. Popcorn, snacks, etc. will be greatly appreciated if somone wants to volunteer!!

We carry a portable grill so we have at least two. How about RV with Robin Williams for a movie??

I got a projector from work that uses the laptop and have speakers, so we are set for an outdoor viewing. We have the wide-screen version of RV, but if anyone has the regular screen version, please bring it so we can use the one that is seen best. Still needing additional responses for the cook-out. We will bring some of WV's finest chili for the hot dogs. We are still considering hamburgers and other items but will discuss it with everyone at the Meet and Greet!!
