We are in Atlanta for work and really struggled to find a nice place for an extended stay. Most of the parks here are basically expensive parking lots, not someplace you'd want to spend any length of time at. Then we found the motherlode! It's an actual neighborhood that was an old mobile home park on the SW side of Atlanta, that half the community has been turned into RV spots. These are full sized mobile home spots, driveway, front lawns, real cable...the works. No more lot numbers, we have a real address. Seems silly, but after full timing for over a year, the address and fast cable is really nice. Plus, having your own property area means no one is walking through your camp! It's like the good parts of home ownership, but you can drive away at any time!
I can't recommend this place highly enough. The neighbors are great, the managers have been here 20 years, and live here. They are awesome and easily the reason the park is so nice and safe.
There aren't a lot of open spaces, so I recommend calling and getting your spot early. Tell them Sherri sent you. 😁
