Newbie

My wife and I just purchased a used 2006 3295RK which we will be using at an RV park as a weekend place in Lutz, FL. We had a truck camper when we were a lot younger in the early 80's. Since we retired recently we wanted to get a weekend place without spending a ton of money.

We are looking forward to improving it with some modern amenities. There are some items that need to be repaired and/or replaced too. I assume we will have lots of questions that hopefully the community won't mind us asking.

First question I have is how to find an owner's manual and a list of the parts used to build the unit.

Welcome aboard! There is, in fact, a lot of help here so ask away and someone will have your answer.

You won't find the manual you are asking about. There really isn't one like that. You can likely find various manuals for the appliances and components but you won't find any tech manuals on the construction, wiring, plumbing, etc.

Let the group know which items need to be repaired or replaced and you'll find some insight.

Congrats on your new purchase and hope you have a lot of enjoyment with it.

About manuals.... well.... the simple answer is ... Nope. There are none.

Even brand new units don't have such manuals. Unlike automobiles, where you can find every kind of manual ever thought of, Keysone just doesn't make available anything how things are assembled. The best you can get are manuals for the appliances.

Your best friend for "how-to" and examples are Youtube.com videos. Punch in their search criteria and you'll get a video. You may have to weed through a few, but mostly, you'll find a video that comes close to what you are wanting to do or see.

Beyond that, you are pretty much on your own. Common sense, a bit of mechanical skill, some time and space to work on your camper, and a good forum where folks are willing to lend a helping had any way they can with information, sharing photos, and different experiences, like this one!
