8.1 to 10

I have a new Dell Tablet with Windows 8.1 and I'm wondering if I should change or upgrade to Windows 10 before I install Delorme Street Atlas GPS software. It has an Intel Atom chip with a 64 gb HD and 2 gb of memory.

It is hard to say for sure, without seeing the program requirements for the software. Is this the program that has a GPS antenna that you plug into a USB port and set on your dash?

I run my DeLorme Street Atlas on my laptop that I upgraded to Win 10 about a year ago. Works great for our trip planning and navigation needs. Yes I use the USB connection for the GPS antenna. So--I recommend going to Win 10.

Thank ya thank ya. All I needed to know.
Delorme is now a part of Garmin. The Street Atlis software is not offered now. No wonder Garmin bought it it's far superior to what they offer.

I knew Garmin bought DeLorme but did not know about Street Atlas! Time to check around to see what is available for my DeLorme hand held GPS as well as Stree Atlas. Maybe others have some useful information for DeLorme users?
