Coeur d'Alene Western Rally Baggie Breakfast

Hi All This is Dan Huhn and my wife Sandy which she didn't know I signed her up to help with this years baggie breakfast

Time: 9:00 am Monday July 5, 2021 at the Rally room

The Baggie Breakfast is a MOC tradition of placing raw eggs in a baggie with other great ingredients, boiling in a bath for a few minutes , and making an omelet.

What you need to bring is a one-quart zip lock freezer bag with your eggs in it:
Write your name on baggie with black sharpie (yes you must crack eggs first before putting in bag like scramble eggs) with number of eggs Ex one, two, three. Then add all your favorite ingredients to your bag and we will cook it for you.

We will need omelet ingredients, side dishes ,Potatoes, sweet rolls, coffee cake, bacon, sausage, ham, fruit, etc

We could use quite a bit of egg ingredients (in previous years we have run short due to increase new MOC members) please sign up for multiple members to bring ingredients...

Please bring your own plates, utensils, and coffee cups.
