Bottom Door On TV Cabinet

Hi Guys, I have found something else that I can not find out what it is for. Inside this door there are a lot of hoses and what appears to be a little motor. I have looked through all the books and papers and can find nothing about it. Would someone please tell me what it is for or what it does????

Thank you for all information, This is in my opinion The best forum with a lot of very nice people. Happy RVing
