Warranty Repairs!
Folks,
As I'm not a Montana owner yet, I've really appreciated ya'lls (I'm from Texas, so that's a real word!) forum! But I'm becoming somewhat concerned about one topic; warranty repairs; I'm selling my house and jumping straight from a newbie to a fulltimer.
I've noticed on several posts that the dealers seem to indicate that service won't be available either for weeks ahead, or that once you get it in, it may take weeks or months to perform the service!
What am I supposed to do while it's in the shop? Or if I can't get it into the shop for weeks, and the repair in question is some vital function, like AC, in August, in Texas!
Is a "loaner" RV something that dealers have available, or you can negotiate upon purchase?
What are your experiences, fulltimers?
