Scott-- You can always add one at the connection on the tank. They make a T-fitting that you can use a quick connect hose on. I have seen them on other folk's units but have not put one on mine because I carry a 20# talk with me to run both my grill and smoker. It's an easy connect and easy disconnect to use a grill with a long hose.

Don’t remember is that off the tank is high pressure and lines under trailer are low pressure. On low pressure the regulator needs to be removed to operate correctly. Amazon has it all. I found 12’ lines are a minimum to get. I first bought a Y for straight off the tank. But as mentioned about, just disconnect that tank and use an extension host to device. IMHO

It is easier to hook your grill up to the tank directly, but if you want to run a quick connect line, you will need to remove the regulator on your grill, since the gas is already regulated. On many grills, it's an easy modification to go back and forth as needed. I had a Coleman Road Trip and now have a Blackstone. Just removed the regulator from the grill and hooked the quick connect line directly to the fitting where the regulator was originally. If you want to go back to stock, put the regulator back on.
