Raised Letter Decals

Hi!
Can anyone tell us if the raised letter decals that spell "Montana" on new units with full body paint have clear coat over the decals?
All info is appreciated, but specifically need to know on the rear of a Legacy with full body paint? Is there clear coat over the raised letter decals?

My nephew put clear coat on the front of his camper. The front of his camper gets sun on it and was fading and he wonted to stop the fading so he clear coated it but he removed the decals first.

The big plastic letters are not clear coated over. Neither are the decals. On the full body paint the stripes are painted.
