Bittersweet

Today is a sad and sort of glad day. The Montana that has served us so well is going to a new owner. It took us a few places and we stayed a while. One such place we came to love was the North Georgia Mountains.

It was April a year ago we pulled into a seasonal campsite in the mountains. We knew we were here to stay so using the Montana as a base camp, we began to look for a home. Last September we found one and bought it, retiring the RV to storage. Yesterday, I received a phone call from someone interested in buying it. We met, and it's off to the bank today to close the deal.

We wish all of you on the forum safe and great times.

Hope those mountains treat you well. One place that I like to go when through northern georgia is the Booth Museum in Cartersville...a fantasic art museum where you would least expect it. John

Best wishes in your new endeavors. I guess everyone will have to make that decision at one time or another. I'm glad for you it was a choice, not something forced upon you.

We live in the same friendly mountains in Va as you do in Georgia. We love them to. Now you can watch spring creep up the mountains and fall creep down them. ENJOY.

Congratulations that you went on to the next chapter in your lives and congratulations to the new owners who are doing the same in their "new-to-them" Montana.
