New to me truck

PaPa's got a brand new ride.....well new to me. Looked at the new one's and even the leftover 2013's, but since I did not have the winning numbers on the Mega Million Teusday I found this. A 2010 Dodge Laramie Longhorn that is loooaaaaded and very clean with only 43k miles. Has everything from the sun roof to AC for my butt. It already has the Ranch Hand, cat back exhaust and new Nito tires. Even has a rear Dvd player so the dogs can watch 101 Dalmations lol lol lol So for about $25k less I got the truck I want. Now to get the bed rails for the hitch installed so I can go somewhere lol lol

Congratulations on the new rig! I would love to have a new truck too but the tags in California alone would put a strain on my bank account. I just sold my 2008 F350. The tags were over $600.00 a year. If we were full timers it wouldn't be so bad but for now when not pulling our truck gets parked and covered. Wish you the best with yours.

We have read of a migration of folks out of California and New York for tax reasons. $600 for a pickup, and still more for the RV. Hate to think what a Class A Motorhome would cost. That truck looks pretty sharp! Congrats on a great find.

That is just highway robbery what they charge. The sad thing is those states still claim they are broke???????

That's how I was able to get what I wanted Dave. Bought three years old. All broke in, still lots of warranty left. Enjoy all those toys.

He won't have to worry about that he will just turn the Butt heater on and if need be the hand warmer....

Great truck, I am sure you will be very happy with it, besides it sounds like a good deal as well.

I discovered with mine I can watch movies on the in dash gps/radio screen, but not when the vehicle is in motion of course. The rear DVD player is the only thing mine did not come with. Well that and a Ram jacket or vest which I am still trying to get without paying extra for it.

Dave, when I got the new Ford, my wife called me on my cell phone about 10 PM. I was in the driveway, she said "it's pass your bed time, the nice truck will be there in the morning"! I still laugh about it. Oh and I still go out side and play with it ! We are Kids at heart ! Lol Have fun!

I did the same thing with our new Explorer. Every time I thought of something else I would go outside and play with it. Now that my 03 Dodge is costing me some $ I hopefully will be able to trade in on a 2011-2012.
