I'm not going to say how old she is, but I told her that some time this coming year we are going to have to split up, after 30 yrs, because I can't be married to a 60 year old woman on her next birthday.

When my wife was 40 I told here I was going to trade her in for a couple of 20 year old, to which she replied "you ain't wired for 220"

She's put up with me this long, I guess I'll have to keep her. She is, after all, my Sugar Mama as she is still working as a Travel Nurse RN and my being on Social Security Disability, I guess that makes me the bum of the family.

She did say, when I got hurt in '98, that if I would take care of her, the house, and the cooking, everything would be OK. I sure didn't know what I was getting into. Housework stinks and it's hard work. If I could, I would much rather get up every day a 4am and go drive a concrete mixer truck until after dark, like I used to.

Housewives have certainly got my respect.
