DOn't you just LOVE the description, "state of the art". I giggle every time I see some electronics advertised that way in 2006, imagine what that will look like in only 15 years! HA HA

I just looked at a map for the location of the park, which must have been somewhat rural at that time, mentioned in the newspaper article.
In 2006, it's almost in the heart of Denver!
90 years from now, I wonder which of our favorite parks will be housing projects?

Check out this link to our earilest motorized RV's. Of course the originals were like the conestoga wagons. All were truly "state of the art" in their time.

Wow! Very interesting site on the old campers! I saved it to look further into the other links there.
Yes, that is pretty much in the city limits of Denver, CO. I would think the area has grown very much since then. Aurora which is a suburb is larger than Denver now. Of course Denver is surrounded and can't grow more.
