Both April and I feel that it would be better for her to learn how to drive our rig (Chevy dually and 3455SA Montana) from someone other that me (do you have to ask why?
) even though I was a long-haul truck driver trained in one of the finest truck-driving schools in the country and graduated first in my class. (My driving skills do not translate into "wifely" instruction methodologies.)
April took the ladies' driving class at the Fall Rally in Goshen, IN but it was mainly a confidence builder for her. She wants more in-depth, personalized, on-the-road training.
So, we were wondering if any of you had any experiences with
RV driving schools and would pass on your experiences?
We have looked up "Dick Reed's RV Driving School LLC" and feel that it would be a good one, but they are somewhat limited in locations and times available.
We are looking to fellow "MOCers" for alternatives in case we are not in a location where "Dick Reed" school classes are active.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations or for "don't go there" advice.
Larry
