NEVERMIND

Put this on your calendars. Hopefully where ever you are
you will be able to enjoy this once in lifetime moment.

Two moons on 27 August

27th Aug: the Whole World is waiting for.............

Planet Mars will be the brightest in the night sky starting in August.

It will look as large as the full moon to the naked eye. This will
culminate on Aug. 27 when Mars comes within 34.65M miles of earth.

Be sure to watch the sky on Aug. 27 12:30 am . It will look like the earth has 2 moons.

The next time Mars may come this close is in 2287.

Share this with your friends as NO ONE ALIVE TODAY will ever see it again.

ON EDIT ::
SORRY, GUESS I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED IT OUT BETTER BEFORE POSTING.
I DIDN'T GET THIS EMAIL LAST YEAR.
THANKS FOR THE INPUT.
JUST READ THIS ONLINE:

Good morning astro-nuts!

Astro-news!

The first topic of discussion will undoubtedly stay posted through the end of August because I'm sure there are going to be questions about it. Some of you may have received emails this month about Mars appearing to be the size of the full moon at the end of the month, much like some of you probably did LAST August. You may have also seen postings elsewhere about it. Please be aware that this is not true. The only way Mars would ever appear that large to us here on Earth is through a telescope with really, really, really, really large magnification power. It will appear to the naked eye as a point of light, just like most of the stars do, even on August 27th. It is too small and will always be too far for it to appear otherwise. Now, it is true that Mars does, at times, come closer to Earth. December 18th, Mars will make its closest approach to Earth, hardly a stones throw at around 55 million miles.
