Slides and leveler don't work

I have a 2013 Keystone Montana. The front 2 living room slides work fine, but the dining room and back 2 bedroom slides do not work. They are the ball screw slides. Also my electric auto-leveler doesn't power up. Any ideas? Could bad batteries cause this? I have electric power hooked up, but if the batteries are b ad cold the middle/back slides and leveler stop working?

Sounds like your batteries are toast, even though your hooked up to shore power you need good batteries.

Check the 10amp fuse on the power feed to the black box located inside your front storage compartment...usually up top & to the right of center...that controls power to your self-leveling system. Don't know what to recommend on your slide issue.

Thank you for the help. Dol you think it would be ok to jump the battery from my truck to the RV batteries and see if things start to work?

It just depends on how far gone your 5vr batt might be. Can't say for sure if that will work or not...can't help stating the obvious but just be careful identifying pos vs neg if/when you hook up from your truck to the rig.
