Hello from Oregon

Greetings all, thanks for the great knowledge available in the Forum. I have been lurking and reading for a couple months. We picked up our 2021 MHC 372RD last friday and went straight to camping at the 7 Feathers RV resort in Canyonville, OR. A very nice resort. We had a “trial by fire” (or water) as the bomb cyclone hit when we started packing up. I guess if you can load your 5th wheel in a downpour you can do it any time. Now enjoying a last few days at the Southern Oregon RV park in Medford, OR before we store her for a few weeks until our next adventure.

Welcome...welcome. 7 Feathers is a very nice place to stay on the coast. Hope that you conquer any latent issues that crop up with your Montana. Lived in Tillamook in the mid 60's and enjoyed the coast a lot over the years. Our travels up the east coast to Maine were rewarded with many many days where we set up or departed an RV park in the rain. Got to take it along with the good days. Glad to have you on the forum. John

Welcome aboard! That cyclone didn't hit us quite as hard in this area but we still got plenty of rain. We've either set up or torn down in hard rain many times over the past 40 years. For the record, I prefer dry

As long as the water stays outside and dry inside I can manage.

Glad you could get right out to a maiden voyage.
