Mor/ryde pin box

Anyone have experience with the Mor/ryde pin box system? They claim it eliminates chucking. Does it? Thanks

Our rig came with the MORryde pin box, and compared to a smaller 5th wheel trailer we had before that had a solid pin box, the rubber pin box is a huge improvement. Nothing will eliminate all the chucking and issues that the roads cause, but it will make the ride much more pleasant, and it will also help reduce the stress on the trailer.

Mine came with the Lippert Road Armor Rota-Flex. It rides nicer than my old 5th wheel with just a standard pinbox. Reading up on them, it appears the ride quality is on par with one another.

Best improvement I made to our 2006. As rohrman said, doesn't eliminate it but really minimizes the chucking and improves the ride. You can see it working by watching your rearview mirror.

Thanks for the info. I have an Air Ride system that really works well but doesn’t eliminate the chucking. It reduces it quite a bit but still have some. My rig is 41’ so I don’t think there is a pin system out there that will eliminate it. Thanks again.

I had TrailAir on 305RL and the Road Armor on 373RD rides better, FYI

Based on the number of folks who trade those out for Morryde at the annual rally every year, I'd say that those who have had both prefer the Morryde. We've had the Morryde on two Montana's and wouldn't be without it.
