Yahama 2400 generator

Does anyone have this Yahama generator?
If so, how do you like it?

I have the Yamaha 2400 I. I have jetted it for high altitudes and it will run my 15000 btu air conditioner at 9000 ft. Won't run anything else when the air conditioner is on.
Tried to run convection oven and the voltage went to 104vac. I have a three stage converter charger and my batteries were in bulk charge mode. It will run the convection oven fine when I turned the charger breaker off or if the batteries are not in bulk charge mode.

Very quiet and easy on gas. I would buy it again in a hartbeat

Looked at the 2400 Yamaha but went with the 3000 to be sure the gen would handle everything we needed it to while we dry camped.

Like you we love our Yamaha gen and would do it again if we needed to.

Your gen is too small - your electric water heater could be on change it over and see if it makes any diference but i doubt it .
My honda eu 6500 will run both ac and the water heater and little things like computer and tv - but try the microwave or deep fryer and it kicks the overload protection .. and it is 2 and a half times the size of your gen
