What rig do you have, model and year, and maybe a photo of the thermostat would help too? Does this thermostat control just one or two A/C units, and along with the furnace? What kind of wiring connects to the thermostat?

This is the one I had to replace mine with. The only difference, if I remember correctly, is the old one had a button that gave the outside temp reading, but the new one does not have that feature. The only thing is you have to program it, but that is pretty simple, and there are directions in the manual. http://www.dyersonline.com/dometic-c...hermostat.html

Our 2012 3585SA had one like that and it worked great. Wish I had one on our current Montana! Ours had the outside temp button but didn't work because Keystone didn't install the outside sensor. Check eBay and might find a better price.
