Something to think about.

Watched a short movie from Fish and Wildlife today that had a message that really makes you think. "We will not only be judged by the things we create, but also by the things we don't destroy".

They got that right. How many things have you saw something tore up for no apparent reason. It's not only that but all the trash that has been left every where. It seams some can carry a full beer can in their car but they can't seam to carry an empty one in it. Around here they can carry a full beer can up the mountain but can't carry an empty one down the mountain. It seams I can't get back in the mountains far enough that I don't find this mess.
We don't own the land we borrow it from our children.

Wise words! I think recycling should be mandatory and enforced like it is in some cities. Our city doesn't recycle but the county does.... Seems backwards to me...

Anyway, every bit we can do to help make this planet a better place is worth it to me.

While you can't camp at most Wildlife Refuges (unless you volunteer) they do provide recycle bins wherever there are restrooms and the refuges have to report not only what they recycle from the bins but also what they recycle themselves. Everything from printer cartridges to scrap metal.
