My remote quit a few years ago. I just use the hardwired switch.

On our 2010 dealer provided a remote, no charge, in 2013. Can't hurt to ask.

Mine did that once and after that I started putting it up and down every couple of weeks. Try the remote again and maybe it will work now.

Call me "old timer" but I'm glad our tv does not have the up/down "feature".

Maybe there is something on the lci1.com website on the lift electronics or a lip sheet to cover this type of issue. My lift receiver is a model 12801 and "might" have a reset on the front. Thought it was an led, but it doesn't light when I operate the lift. Guess I need to go to the site just to educate myself on this system in case mine decides to act up. John

Well, unless lippert has an archive for things like the lift, I didn't find anything there that would be of benefit to anyone. If you have someone that knows electronics, you may want to enlist them into figuring out if the transmitter still puts out an rf signal or not. Did you slide the cover open and make sure that you put the battery/s in correctly? I tried to open mine and can only get it partially open...not even enough to remove anything, so I will be fixing this so I can replace them when needed! Now I am sure this is a plot to keep us old folks entertained and ours brains engaged... John

Thought I would just give input on batterys in remote. My cover was hung up from fully opening due to the battery on the right most position (viewed with remote face up). This aaa battery should be positive up. The other aaa is positive down. John

I just searched for this problem and found this thread. Ironically , I too have the 2010 3455 Sa Hickory edition. Put the traqiler up a year ago and everything perfect. Get it out this week and the tv lift won't work. The manual switch does so the motor is ok but the remote ( with new batteries ) doeas not. Suggestions ?

My Big Sky has I think the same lift. I contacted the manufacturer when mine quit working. I had to go through some strange reset process,, but it worked. Bad news is I do not remember what I did! I'll try to remember where I pit my notes and get back to you. Meanwhile, contact the folks who made it!

Here is the web site I started at. I think these guys actually made the lifts in our rigs.
