John Kohl has a nice "Did You Know" topic at http://www.montanaowners.com/forums/...ad.php?t=31662

The entries "Photo reduction and inserting in Signature block" and "Adding States visited to your Signature block" should give you some ideas on what you need to do.

This gives me info on adding picture to my profile, but for some reason I can't get my picture in a reply. How would I attach a picture so show you a picture of a remodel project?

Must have photo stored ONLINE somewhere, photo bucket, picasa, etc.

Must know how to retrieve the URL of individual photo.

Open the edit box, it must show: Screensize, Format mode, Format, Message Icon, etc.

Format mode, pull down the arrow, go to prompt.

now, get that URL copied via copy/paste stuff.

Format line see the square little yellow box with what look like mountains, 4th from right , click on it, insert URL

I then switch back to Basic in that Format Mode box to do

fonts,

size ,

colors, and typing.

Good luck, hope this is clear and not muddy.

Photo by the way is from today's issue of my blog (see sig line for full address of blog) I just found and copied the URL by right clicking on the photo at the blog. (Ok, that might be about as clear as mud. SIGHHHH Sorry)

kjansen, did you get it working for you? If not, try again or email me using the envelope icon above this post.

By the way, there's no such thing as a stupid question. If you, or anyone, doesn't know the answer, then it's a legit question. If I'm wrong, then I'm king of dumb questions.

you use the same procedure as for profile but instead of pasting the link in your profile you past it in the text box.

Remember the link bracketed with [ url ] will send you to the link.
The link bracketed with [ img ] will show the picture.
Please ensure you follow the forum image size guide lines.

If you still need help Pm or email me your phone number and I will try and talk you through it.

Repeating what Steve said, "THERE ARE NO DUMB OR STUPID QUESTIONS."
Good luck.

And feel free to paste your links and test them. The Preview Reply button is a good way to see whether it worked. Or just post it and then take a look.
