3650Rk
I just bought a 2005 3650RK from a guy in Santa Rosa who used it 4 times. Is there anyone in the Bay Area, Redwood City area, who is willing to show me how to operate things? This is my very first experience with an RV. Can you help me?
Chris

Welcome to the forum, Chris. You found a great floor model. I'm sure someone will be along to answer your questions.

I, too, bought a previously enjoyed unit. It is a bit overwhelming to get started without having been this way before. One thing you might consider is developing a relationship with a local dealer even though you didn't buy it there. Be willing to pay a reasonable fee for the service manager to go over the unit with you and explain things as he might for a new buyer. Key word, "reasonable fee".
If you don't have a user manual, you can download one from this sight. Most of us guys don't like to read instructions, but it really did help me to make checklists for hook-up and take-down of my rig. I cannot over emphasize the importance of checklists, especially if you are new to the fifth wheel world. There are a lot of small details to address and sequence is very important in many cases.
Sorry, I can't run by and help. I am in Hong Kong and my rig is in Central Texas. Hope you can find someone nearby, if not, ask you questions right here.

Chris if you can get it to Mt. Shasta for the Rally the end of May, you will have a lot of very seasoned Montana owners who will be glad to help you. We just left that area a year ago.
Happy trails.........................

Hi, Chris: Pete told us all about your new RV! Congratulations! Good choice.
We would be happy to meet with you one day and spend some time going over things. You pick the day and time ... heck, we're retired! How about a weekday? Mike is very good a this kind of thing.

Hi Chris, I'm glad that Mike is close by to help. I love the 3650RK floorplan. IF we ever fulltime, that's the one we want. But in the meantime we are really enjoying our 3000RK. Good luck and have fun!
